ABOUT POD SERVICE

POD stands for Print on Demand. 

Over the last few years I have designed many designs and made countless artworks. Many of which I was sad to put out of production to make room for new and exciting art works. Print on demand gives me the opportunity to offer out a wider range of designs and carry items I would normally not be able to stock. 

 ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

Printful uses a process called DTG (Direct to Garment Printing). This is a digital print directly onto the t shirts. This process is brilliant for creating one off designs and for printing colourful artworks! It has a slightly different feel to my normal Screen Printed t shirts, the print has a much softer quality. 

Please note that because this service does not go through me, I cannot supervise the orders sent out. I rely on Printful to make stellar products.

If your order is wrong or has a mistake, every effort will be made to correct it. 
Please also note that due to the nature of the process, some print colours may differ from that shown on screen. 

But most people LOVE their garments ❤️

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE 

Because if the nature of the service, that is, each product is printed individually, no exchanges are accepted. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER CORRECT SIZE! :-)

Refunds or replacements are issued for damaged goods: 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time depends on the shipping service you wish you choose (on check out). The item is shipped when it is fulfilled. 

About product production and fulfilment Printful says:

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business daysfor non-apparel (posters etc.) products. (Then you should add shipping times on top of that).

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Although express orders does get priority and gets shipped ASAP! 

 SHIPPING LOCATION & ORDER FULFILMENT 

All POD orders are fulfilled by Printful. Printful is a company based in USA. However some orders placed in Europe are fulfilled in Europe! Great news! This means no extra customs charge for EU countries! Also, if you are placing an order in the US, the order will be fulfilled in the US! Printful has recently opened up a fulfilment centre in the UK as well, so all orders in the UK will be sent from the UK. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU NOTE WHAT THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SAYS! I will provide info on where the product is available. (You can still buy a product that is produced in the US but there most likely will be customs charges on this product if you are shipping it to Europe).
